Access Control Lists provide a means of sharing content with specific users or user groups.
Any user with permission to create Access Control Lists can create a special web link in the share panel that allows selected users to view the content being shared.
Example Scenario:
An Access Control List is created by a user. The list comprises of a number of other users with whom media is to be shared. The other users may or may not have the relevant permissions to view the shared content.
Once the Access Control List is ready, the user can then create a special web link for the Access Control List.
When a user that is listed on the Access Control List clicks the link, they are able to view the content - the standard permissions are bypassed.
